With over 35 years of operational management experience and leadership, Yvonne brings extensive expertise in the healthcare industry. She holds a Diploma of Higher Education in Mental Health, Risk Management, and Quality Management, along with a Diploma in Social Work and a Diploma in Emotional Intelligence.
Yvonne's vast knowledge spans various areas, including quality inspections for care agencies, management of teams operating across multiple services, and a comprehensive understanding of nursing, dementia, and home care for older people. With financial and budgetary responsibility for over £26 million, Yvonne is well-versed in CQC outcomes and regulations, ensuring compliance and high-quality standards. As a qualified social worker and an accredited Social Work Practice Educator, Yvonne excels in assessment skills and evidence-based practice. She holds a the highest qualifications in strategic management and leadership, enabling her to drive effective strategies and lead with confidence.
Yvonne's focus on quality outcomes, extensive auditing experience, and person-centered approaches contribute to her success in managing multi-site operations and remote teams. Her exceptional communication skills, investigatory expertise, and coaching abilities make her a valuable asset to the organisation.
